Can I switch my subscription to pay monthly instead of annual?

Yes, you can switch over to monthly if you would like!

Firstly, we need to determine what platform you used to initially subscribe to ReciMe:

  • Step 1: Tap on the ‘More’ tab in the bottom right-hand corner of your app

  • Step 2: Tap ‘Settings’

  • Step 3: Tap ‘Help’

  • Step 4: Go into ‘My Subscription’

Then, follow the steps below:

App Store

If your subscription was through Apple, you can switch to monthly yourself:

  • Step 1: Go to your phone’s Settings app

  • Step 2: Click on your name at the top to open your Apple ID settings

  • Step 3: Tap ‘Subscriptions’ and click on ReciMe

  • Step 4: Click on the monthly plan to switch over & follow the prompts on screen

Google Play

If your subscription was through Google, you can switch to monthly yourself:

  • Step 1: Open the Google Play Store app

  • Step 2: Tap your profile icon (top right) > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > ReciMe

  • Step 3: Tap ‘Manage'

  • Step 4: Choose 'Change plan' or 'Update'

  • Step 5: Select your desired plan and confirm

Stripe

If your subscription was through Stripe:

  • Click on the ‘Manage my subscription’ button to log into your customer portal

  • Click ‘Update subscription’
