I found a bug, how can I report it?

Learn how report bugs so we can fix them as soon as possible

To start off, we suggest that you check out our Facebook group where our community comes together to report bugs, suggest solutions (and even share recipes). We are also personally very active in the group as admins so often it is the fastest way to get a response!

Reporting a Bug

Please email support@recime.app and include the following details:

  1. Your username (to help us identify your profile)

  2. Description of the bug: a clear and concise summary of what’s happening.

  3. Screen recordings or screenshots: visual context helps us understand the issue faster.

  4. (For import errors) Recipe link or URL — if you're experiencing problems importing a recipe, please include the recipe's URL or link so we can investigate the source directly.

We appreciate you taking the time to report bugs and we will always aim to get back to all emails within 24 hours 😊
