Rest assured that your recipes are not lost - you’re simply logged into the wrong account.

If you’re unsure how you signed up to ReciMe — whether by email, Apple, Google, or Facebook — don’t worry! Here’s how you can figure it out and regain access to your account.

Step 1: Try the “Forgot Password” Option

If you think you may have signed up with email, try the following:

  1. Open the ReciMe app.

  2. Tap "Log in".

  3. Select "Forgot Password?".

  4. Enter your most likely email address.

If you receive a password reset email, you likely signed up using email/password.

Step 2: Try Logging In with Social Accounts

If the password reset doesn't work or you don’t receive an email, you may have signed up with a social login.

Try logging in using:

  • Apple ID

  • Google account

  • Facebook account

Use the same device/account you originally used to sign up for best results.

Step 3: Search Your Email Inbox

Check your inbox for any welcome or confirmation emails from ReciMe. The email address that received the message is the one you signed up with.

Still Not Sure?

  • If you still can’t find the right account, email support@recime.app with any of the following details:

    • Username

    • Email address (including any alternative addresses, if applicable)

    • Subscription details (Order ID or a screenshot of the charge)

  • We can try searching our database to find the correct account.
