Yes, you can switch over to monthly if you would like!
Firstly, we need to determine what platform you used to initially subscribe to ReciMe:
- Step 1: Tap on the ‘More’ tab in the bottom right-hand corner of your app
- Step 2: Tap ‘Settings’
- Step 3: Tap ‘Help’
- Step 3: Go into ‘My Subscription’
If your subscription was through Apple, you can switch to monthly yourself:
- Step 1: Go to your phone’s Settings app
- Step 2: Click on your name at the top to open your Apple ID settings
- Step 3: Tap ‘Subscriptions’ and click on ReciMe
- Step 4: Click on the monthly plan to switch over & follow the prompts on screen
If your subscription was through Stripe:
- Click on the ‘Manage my subscription’ button
- Sign into the Stripe portal - you can check which email to use in the ReciMe Account Settings
- Click ‘Update subscription’
- Choose the option to switch to monthly
