How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

Want to cancel your subscription or free trial? Follow these steps to unsubscribe

How to cancel for Apple Subscribers (iOS)
  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Or you can also go here https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
  1. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.
  1. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

How to cancel if you subscribed via Stripe on our website
  1. Visit this link
  1. Enter the exact email address you used to create your ReciMe account - you can check this by opening your app, then navigating to More > Settings > Account Settings
  1. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation of your subscription
 
 
 

Note: You must cancel your free trial at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged.

 

If you choose to cancel you will still have access to ReciMe Plus features for the duration of the free trial or subscription. Once it expires, your account will revert back to the free version. You will continue to have access to all your recipes, however you will no longer be able to import any more recipes past the limit.

 

Please note, ReciMe never charges customers without consent. Our trials all require that you provide valid payment upon sign-up and we share with you, before you sign up, what the amount is that you will be charged at the end of the trial. In order for us to have any customer payment information at all, you consent to start a trial by entering your credit card information on our website or consenting through Apple App Store/Stripe payment methods. All trials automatically change into a paid subscription unless you cancel it at least 24 hrs beforehand.
