I signed up for the free trial, why have I been immediately charged?

Reasons why you might be charged and how to get support.

Sorry to hear that this charge has caught you by surprise.

Please note, we will never charge without prior consent from you.

 

There are three reasons why you may have been charged here:

  1. You have signed up for our monthly subscription, which does not include a free trial
  1. You have signed up for one of our limited discounted offers, which does not include a free trial
  1. You have previously signed up for a free trial. Free trials are limited to a one time use per user.
