The app is crashing

Steps to troubleshoot when the app is playing up

Luckily there are a few things we can do here first to help troubleshoot:

  • Step 1. Ensure your app is up to date by heading to the App Store or Google Play, then searching and selecting ‘ReciMe’- if an update is required you will see this here.

  • Step 2. If you have updated your app and you’re still running into trouble, please email our team at support@recime.app with the following details:

    • Your ReciMe username

    • A screen recording or screenshot of the crashing issue
