Luckily there are a few things we can do here first to help troubleshoot:
- Step 1. Ensure your app is up to date by heading to the App Store, searching and selecting ‘ReciMe’- if an update is required you will see this here.
- Step 2. If you have updated your app and you’re still running into trouble, please email our team at support@recime.app with the following details:
- Your ReciMe username
- A screen recording or screenshot of the crashing issue
